The Customs Authority launched today in Sana'a a training program for executive secretarial skills and professional office management with the participation of 30 trainees from the Authority's headquarters staff.

During the launch, the Director General of the Customs Cultural Institute, Faisal Al-Thawab, indicated that the program aims to enhance the capabilities of customs staff in administrative performance and achieve organizational efficiency that aligns with the requirements of customs work.

He noted that the program seeks to provide participants with professional administrative skills in secretarial work and report writing, reviewing the main types of secretarial work: private, technical, and general, which allows participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role of secretarial work in supporting administrative performance.
