The Israeli enemy army acknowledged on Saturday evening that 63 of its soldiers were injured in battles in southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
The army stated in a statement: "63 Israeli soldiers were injured in the past 24 hours, 61 of them on the northern front with Lebanon and two inside the Gaza Strip."
It added: "291 military personnel are still receiving treatment after being injured in battles in Gaza and Lebanon, with 42 of them in critical condition."
It noted that 1,152 military personnel have been injured by friendly fire and operational incidents since the beginning of the war.
