Sana'a - Saba:
Republican Decree No. (28) of 1446 AH was issued on Sunday regarding the definition of the objectives, tasks, general competencies and main organizational divisions of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment.
The decree included seven articles:
Article (1) included the name.
Article (2) included the objectives.
Article (3) included the general tasks and competencies of the Ministry.
Article (4) included the organizational structure of the Ministry.
Article (6) stipulated that all regulations and decrees in force or any of their texts or provisions that conflict with the provisions of this decree shall be cancelled.
Article (7) stipulated that this decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
