Sana'a - Saba:
Presidential Decree No. (25) of 1446 AH was issued on defining the objectives, tasks, general functions and main organizational divisions of the Electricity, Energy and Water Ministry.
The decree included seven articles:
Article (1) includes the name.
Article (2) includes the objectives.
Article (3) includes the general tasks and functions of the ministry.
Article (4) includes the organizational structure of the ministry.
Article (6) stipulates that all regulations and decisions in force or any of their texts or provisions that conflict with the provisions of this decree shall be canceled.
Article (7) stipulates that this decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
