The Director of the Local Corporation for Water and Sanitation in the Capital Secretariat, Engineer Mohammed Mada'es, and the Director of Community Initiatives Projects, Engineer Ahmed Al-Mashraqi, today inspected the work progress of a sanitation project in the Sho'oub Directorate, which is being implemented with community contribution.
Mada'es and Al-Mashraqi were briefed on the implementation level of the second phase of the sanitation project in Al-Aqsa neighborhood, with a cost of 20 million and 741 thousand riyals, in which the community members contribute 30 percent, and is being implemented by the Water Corporation in the Secretariat.
They listened to the project director, Engineer Faisal Al-Afif, to an explanation about the completion rate, which reached 30 percent in the project, which includes the connection and installation of sanitation lines with a length of 657 meters for the targeted houses in Al-Aqsa neighborhood.
The Director of the Corporation, Engineer Mohammed Mada'es, urged to increase the pace of work and expedite the completion of the second phase of the sanitation project, according to the approved engineering specifications.
