Sana'a - Saba: Republican Decree No. (30) of 1446 AH was issued regarding determining the objectives, tasks, general competencies and main organizational divisions of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals.
The decision included seven articles.

Article (6) stipulated that all regulations and decisions in force or any of their texts or provisions that conflict with the provisions of this decision shall be cancelled.
