Amran - Saba: The Executive Office of Amran Governorate discussed in its meeting today, headed by Governor Dr. Faisal Jaman, the mechanisms to improve and enhance local and executive performance.
The meeting touched on the report of the Director of the General Authority for the Care and Rehabilitation of Martyrs' Families, Ibrahim Al-Nono, on the ongoing preparations to commemorate the annual anniversary of the martyr for the year 1446 AH.
The attendees reviewed the report of the Director General of the Social Affairs and Labor Office on the activities, effectiveness and programs of the office during the year 1445 AH and what it included in terms of axes on the activities of agricultural and civil cooperative societies and aspects of training, rehabilitation, monitoring and supervision of cooperative and civil societies.
They also discussed the outcomes of the training workshop of the Central Development Team and the special directives for its implementation during the current and subsequent phases, especially in the social aspect by raising community awareness of the importance of cooperative societies and linking inputs through the desired results and raising the level of community awareness of the importance of agriculture and protecting agricultural lands from urban sprawl.
The office discussed the annual report on community initiative projects in which the local authority and the Ministry of Finance intervened, explaining that the initiatives amounted to more than 400 community initiatives at an estimated cost of one billion riyals.
