The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, today launched the Public Service Rehabilitation Project and its annexes at the ministry.
During the inauguration, in the presence of the Head of the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit, Eng. Shihab Al-Shami, the Minister of Service pointed out the importance of rehabilitating the public service and providing it with modern means that contribute to providing services to the public in a better way.
He explained that the rehabilitation process comes within the framework of efforts to develop services, simplify procedures, and keep pace with modern technologies to quickly provide services to all state employees at the level of ministries and governorates.
Minister Al-Hawali expressed the ministry's appreciation for the contribution of the Central Interventions Unit in the project to improve the quality of public service performance.
While the Head of the Interventions Unit indicated that contributing to the implementation of the Public Service Rehabilitation Project at the Ministry of Service comes within the framework of seeking to raise the efficiency of performance in providing services to beneficiaries.
