A meeting in Damt district in Al-Dhale governorate, chaired by the governorate's Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs Sadiq Al-Idrissi, discussed the mechanism for developing qat tax revenues and supporting the efforts of those in charge of the collection process.
The meeting, which included the directors of the finance office in the province Adnan Al-Jabri and the directorate, Sultan Fadel, touched on the procedures for counting the tax bases of the executive unit of khat tax in the directorate and activating the collection process.
At the meeting, Undersecretary Al-Idrissi pointed to the need to limit the revenue vessels in the qat markets in Damt to ensure the activation of the collection process and facilitate taxpayers' tax work.
He stressed the concerted efforts to develop local resources to serve the province's people through the implementation of service and development projects.
