The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that the number of victims of the Zionist aggression against Lebanon has risen to 2,968 martyrs and 13,319 injured, including 71 martyrs and 169 injured as a result of Israeli attacks on the country on Friday.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health's statement on the "X" platform read: "2968 martyrs and 13,319 wounded since the start of the Israeli aggression, with 71 martyrs and 169 wounded yesterday."
The statement added: "The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued the daily report on the outcome and repercussions of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, in which the Israeli enemy's raids yesterday, Friday, November 1, 2024, resulted in 71 martyrs and 169 wounded."
In two previous separate statements, the Lebanese Health said: "One martyr and 15 wounded in the final toll of the Israeli enemy's raid on Simeon's Gallery."
It added: "The Public Health Emergency Operations Center issued a statement announcing that the Israeli enemy's raid on Gallery Semaan resulted in a final toll of one person martyred and 15 others injured, including six who needed to be hospitalized for treatment."
