Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Anas Sufyan and Deputy Head of the Central Emergency Intervention Unit Faris Al Shamahi inspected on Monday the project progress to rehabilitate the Ministry's model citizen service office.
The Deputy Minister of Civil Service emphasized that the rehabilitation and development of the Citizen Service Office will contribute to improving the procedures for receiving citizens and customers of the Ministry and providing them with easy access to services.
He pointed out that this qualitative step coincides with measures to improve the quality of the services provided by the Ministry and computerize them electronically for employees of central , local public service units and citizens as part of efforts to simplify procedures and keep pace with modern technologies in providing services.
Sufyan praised the efforts of the Central Interventions Unit in funding the implementation of the project with standard specifications to improve the performance of the offices concerned with receiving citizens' requests , guidance and improving the quality of services provided to them.
The deputy head of the Central Interventions Unit stressed the unit's keenness to implement the project and rehabilitate the Citizen Service Office and its annexes at the Civil Service Ministry , which will represent a model experience at the level of service delivery centers in the units of the state administrative apparatus.
