The General Authority for Tihama Development and the Tribal Affairs Authority in Hodeida on Tuesday organized a commemorative event to mark the annual Martyrs' Day, honoring the sacrifices made by Yemen's martyrs in defense of the nation’s security and stability.
Undersecretary of Hodeida province Mohammed Halisi delivered a speech during the event, emphasizing that the martyrs’ sacrifices would remain immortal in the memory of future generations. He praised their role in safeguarding Yemen’s honor and dignity, particularly in the face of external aggression.
Other speakers included Mohammed Hazza', Chairman of the Tihama Development Authority, Sheikh Ali Odhabi, Vice Rector of Dar al-Uloom al-Sharia University, and Haider Rashid, a representative from the Tribal Affairs Authority. They highlighted the martyrs' enduring legacy and stressed the importance of honoring their memory by continuing to defend Yemen’s sovereignty and values.
