Administration Deputy Minister, Local and Rural Development Nasser Al-Mihdhar discussed with Al-Mahwit Governor Haneen Qatina today the province's needs for service and development projects, especially Malhan district, which was one of the districts most affected by heavy rains and torrential rains.
The meeting, which was attended by Member of Parliament Mohammed Bakir, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Local Development Sector Ammar Al-Harb and a number of local authority leaders in the governorate, reviewed aspects related to improving services and necessary interventions to address the damage in Malhan district.
The Deputy Minister emphasized the keenness to improve the level of services and provide the needs of citizens in Malhan district and other districts of the province.
He praised the efforts of the provincial leadership and its keenness to implement service and development projects in light of the difficult circumstances Yemen is going through.
Al-Mahwit Governor touched on the most prominent needs of the province in terms of projects and efforts to improve services and activate community initiatives. He praised the ministry's interest in following up on the conditions and needs of the province.
