Minister of Transport and Public Works Brig. Gen. Mohammed Quhaim and Commander of al-Hasm Brigades Mohammed al-Hamdani inaugurated on Saturday a photo exhibition dedicated to the martyrs of al-Hasm Brigades. The exhibition was organized as part of the annual commemoration of Martyrs' Day.
They toured the exhibition, which displayed photographs of the fallen soldiers as martyrs. The attendees also recited al-Fatihah in honor of their souls.
The Minister emphasized the significance of marking the annual Martyrs' Day, highlighting the elevated status of martyrs among the Yemeni people. He praised the sacrifices made by the martyrs, stating that they have brought pride, freedom, and dignity to the nation.
He underscored that this annual commemoration serves as both an act of appreciation and recognition for the martyrs' sacrifices, as well as a tribute to their families, who gave their children in defense of the homeland’s land, honor, and sovereignty.
For his part, the Commander of al-Hasm Brigades reaffirmed the importance of following the path set by the martyrs and remaining committed to the principles for which they sacrificed their lives.
