Sana'a - Saba:

The General Administration for Women's Development of the Martyrs' Families Care Authority launched on Sunday the "Martyr's Festival" in Sana'a, marking the annual commemoration of Martyrs' Day 1446 AH.

During the event, Asmaa Ghamdan, Director of the Women's Development Department, praised the sacrifices of the martyrs in defending Yemen against the American, Saudi, and Emirati aggression.

It emphasized that Martyrs' Day is an opportunity to reflect on the martyrs' courage and to draw inspiration from their sacrifices for justice and freedom, especially in light of recent events like Operation "Noah's Flood" and the subsequent Zionist aggression in Gaza and Lebanon.

Ghamdan also expressed pride in the families of the martyrs, noting their strength and dedication in supporting their loved ones who gave their lives for the nation’s honor.

The festival featured moving speeches by the families of martyrs, including the mother of martyr Mohammed Ibrahim, who spoke about the sacrifice of her son, and the daughter of martyr Taha al-Masouri, who pledged to carry on his legacy.

An exhibition titled "Holy Jihad" was inaugurated, showcasing powerful images and models depicting the martyrs, the Quranic project, the six wars on Sa'ada, and the broader resistance movement.

The exhibition also highlighted the role of Yemeni support fronts in the Palestinian cause and included displays of local military equipment and military manufacturing innovations.

The festival served as a reminder of the martyrs' enduring legacy and the continued struggle for freedom.
