Ibb Governor Abdulwahid Salah inaugurated on Monday an exhibition of martyrs' photos at Ibb University as part of the activities and events celebrating the martyr's anniversary 1446 AH.
Governor Salah, along with the Secretary General of the Provincial Local Council, Amin Al-Warafi, Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Khaled, Ibb University President Dr. Nasr Al-Hujaili, the Mobilization Officer in the province, Abdul Fattah Ghallab, and the Deputy Governor Harith Al-Maliki, reviewed the efforts to organize the exhibition , its artistic and moral significance to highlight the sacrifices of martyrs in defense of the truth, faith, homeland, and confronting the enemies of the nation.
Governor Salah praised the photos in the exhibition for highlighting the struggle of the Yemenis in defense of the land, honor and national sovereignty. He stressed the importance of caring for the martyrs' families , in honor of the martyrs who wrote the most magnificent heroic epics in the face of the nations' enemies.
The President of Ibb University explained that the opening of this exhibition comes within the framework of reviving the meanings and values of freedom, pride and dignity, and within the framework of immortalizing the exploits of martyrs and maximizing their sacrifices in the life of the nation. He pointed to the significance of commemorating the memory of the martyrs to remind the greatness of the martyrs, and to follow their path in confronting tyrants , arrogant people , supporting the right and the oppressed.
Dr. Al-Hujaili stressed that the martyrs' photo exhibitions are a living testimony to the jihadist spirit and honorable positions of the free people of Yemen in the trench of pride and dignity, in defense of religion, national sovereignty, and the causes of the Islamic nation.
For his part, the province's mobilization official pointed to the importance of martyrs' fairs to enhance the symbolism of sacrifices and the project of jihad in the path of God from which the great martyrs learned, and to follow in their footsteps in confronting the forces of American , Zionist hegemony and their tools.
Ghallab praised the heroic roles and national positions of the martyrs, which bore fruit , glory , contributed to enhancing security and stability. He emphasized continuing to support the fronts with convoys of men and giving, fighting the promised battle of conquest and holy jihad, in Palestinian and Lebanese peoples' support .
