Cultural event, martyrs' exhibition opened in Dhamar to honor fallen heroes

Dhamar - Saba:

The local authority, general mobilization forces, and the Martyrs' Families Care Authority in Jabal al-Sharq district, Dhamar province, organized on Monday a cultural event to mark the annual commemoration of the martyr's anniversary.

The ceremony was attended by Province Undersecrectary Hilal al-Meqdad, Secretary-General of the Local Council Ahmed Al-Jaber, and General Mobilization official Ahmed al-Dhorani.

During the event, al-Dhorani emphasized the importance of using the martyr's anniversary as an opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices of the martyrs and reaffirm loyalty to the values for which they gave their lives.

He highlighted that their blood secured Yemen's victory and pride, urging the community to honor their memory by supporting the families of the martyrs and remaining steadfast in the face of tyranny.

Director of General Mobilization in the district Ahmed al-Ma'abri paid tribute to the martyrs' sacrifices, describing them as pivotal moments in Yemen’s history.

He spoke of the martyrs' unmatched steadfastness in defending the nation's religion, sovereignty, and dignity.

Following the speeches, the event included the opening of an exhibition showcasing photos of martyrs and martyr leaders from the district.

Attendees recited al-Fatihah in honor of the fallen heroes. The event served as a powerful reminder of the ongoing struggle for justice and the enduring legacy of the martyrs' sacrifices.
