Raymah province on Monday marked the annual Martyr's Day with a series of speech and cultural activities, field visits, and the distribution of symbolic gifts to the families of martyrs.
The events were organized by the local authority, general mobilization, and the General Authority for Martyrs' Care in collaboration with various district across the province.
A key activity took place in Hawrah area of al-Jabin district, where Raymah undersecretary of Raymah Yaish al-Dhubaibi, and Province's mobilization official Mohammed al-Nahari visited the families of martyrs.
During the visit, they honored the families and children of the martyrs with symbolic gifts, expressing deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by their loved ones in defense of the nation.
Al-Dhubaibi and al-Nahari emphasized that the visit was a reflection of the revolutionary leadership’s commitment to supporting the families of martyrs, acknowledging their role in Yemen’s ongoing struggle.
Cultural events were also held in the districts of al-Magharem, Yamen, Bani Hassan, and Bani Abdulaziz in Kusmah district. During these events, speakers highlighted the importance of Martyr's Day as a time to draw lessons from the sacrifices of the martyrs and renew the commitment to the path of jihad and resistance against foreign aggression.
They called for a deeper embrace of Quranic and jihadi values and stressed the need for continuous support for the martyrs' families as a sacred duty.
In Bilad al-Ta’am district, a speech event was organized by the local security department, where Col. Abdo al-Junaid, the director of security, and Mohammed al-Nahari of general mobilization, spoke about the honor and significance of martyrdom.
They praised the martyrs for their heroism in defending the country’s religion, honor, and land.
The speakers urged the community to remember the martyrs' deeds through ongoing activities and visits to their families, underlining the importance of ensuring that their sacrifices are never forgotten.
Additionally, in al-Salfiah district, another field visit was conducted, where officials honored local martyrs' families and reaffirmed their loyalty to the martyrs’ principles.
They pledged to continue the struggle on the path of those who gave their lives for Yemen’s freedom and sovereignty.
Throughout the province, the events were attended by local leaders, mobilization officials, and social figures, who joined in chanting and offering symbolic gifts to the martyrs' families.
The families expressed their deep gratitude to the leadership of the revolution and the Martyrs' Care Authority, acknowledging their ongoing support amid the challenges posed by continued aggression and siege.
