The Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Hassan Al-Saadi, inspected today the progress of work in the General Organization for Textbook Presses.
Minister Al-Saadi was briefed on the process of distributing the books of the second part of the academic year 1446 AH in the central stores in Soufan and listened to the Executive Director General of the General Organization for Textbook Presses, Hussein Amer Jabal, to explain the efforts made to ensure the continuation of the work of textbook printing presses in light of the scarcity of available capabilities.
In addition, the Minister of Education and Scientific Research was briefed on the progress of work in the various departments and sections of the institution and listened from the executive director of the institution to an explanation of the efforts made in modernizing and developing the printing and administrative work of the institution.
The Minister of Education praised the efforts made in conducting the printing work despite the scarcity of available resources due to the repercussions of the continued aggression and its unjust blockade on Yemen.
He pointed to the importance of concerted efforts and everyone's sense of responsibility to ensure the completion of the printing plan for the next academic year on time, ensuring the distribution of textbooks to the education offices to cover as much as possible the deficit in the textbook.
