The Mayor of the capital, Dr. Hamoud Obbad, the advisor to the Supreme Political Council, Ambassador Abdul Ilah Hajar, a member of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Tawqi, the head of the General Authority for the Care of the Families of Martyrs, Taha Jarran, and the First Undersecretary of the Secretariat Khaled Al-Madani, inaugurated today, the photo exhibition of martyrs in the District of Al-Thawra.
They were briefed, along with the head of the Planning Committee in the Capital Sanaa, Sharaf Al-Hadi, the Undersecretary for Neighborhoods Affairs, Dr. Qanaf Al-Marrani, local and executive leaders and social figures, on the pavilions of the exhibition, which included pictures of the martyrs of the leaders of the resistance axis and martyrs from Al-Thawra district.
The mayor of the capital explained that the opening of the exhibition of pictures of martyrs in Al-Thawra district comes in commemoration of those great people who gave their lives for the sake of God in defense of religion, homeland, and sanctities on the road to victory in the battle of the promised conquest and holy jihad.
He explained that the exhibition included pictures of martyrs from various neighborhoods of the District of Al-Thawra and pictures of the leaders of the Axis of Resistance who received the medal of martyrdom while fighting the battle to defend the cause of the holy nation.
In addition, the mayor of the capital and the first undersecretary of the secretariat, along with the director of the Al-Thawra district, visited today, the kindergarten of the martyrs "Al-Kibsi" in the neighborhood of Al-Jarraf, and read Al-Fatiha to the souls of the great martyrs.
The head of the planning committee in the municipality, Sharaf Al-Hadi, and the directors of the Revolution Directorate, Aqeel Al-Saqqaf, and the Civil Status of the Municipality, Brigadier General Hashem Ibrahim, also visited several martyrs' families in the western Al-Jeraf neighborhood and presented them with symbolic gifts in gratitude and loyalty to the sacrifices of their families.
