The annual commemoration of Martyrs' Day continued in Ibb province on Wednesday with a series of activities and exhibitions honoring the sacrifices of martyrs.
Abdulfattah Ghallab, the General Mobilization official for Ibb, and Mohammed al-Ghazali, the educational sector official, visited several martyrs' photo exhibitions in the districts of al-Siyani and Dhi As-Sufal.
During their visit, they toured the exhibitions, which featured photos and models of martyrs from the region, including leaders and local heroes. They were briefed on the efforts behind the exhibitions by the directors of the education offices in al-Siyani and Dhi As-Sufal.
,The two officials inaugurated a photo exhibition at Martyr President al-Sammad Model Secondary School, where students displayed their creative work to honor the martyrs.
Ghallab and al-Ghazali praised the exhibitions as important contributions to spreading the culture of martyrdom and jihad, encouraging the public to learn from the martyrs’ sacrifices.
In al-Dhahar district, the Martyrs' Families Care Authority launched a gift distribution event for the families of martyrs, attended by Colonel Zaid al-Shami and other local officials. The district director, Fadl Zaid, emphasized the importance of caring for martyrs’ families and honoring their sacrifices.
In Dhi As-Sufal district, the Women's Development Department organized a speech event and opened a photo exhibition dedicated to martyrs from the area. Several speeches were delivered, highlighting the significance of martyrdom in achieving victory and the pivotal role of martyrs in defending the nation.
