The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized today Friday, that the Zionist enemy authorities' decision to cancel the administrative detention of settlers encourages them to commit more crimes.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it views with great gravity the Zionist war minister's decision to cancel administrative detention against settlers who commit crimes and violations against Palestinians, noting that the number of those who have been arrested is very small and on the principle of formal arrests in a revolving door pattern.
The ministry believes that this decision encourages Zionist settlers to practice terrorism against Palestinians, their land , property, and gives them an additional sense of immunity and protection.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry called for effective international action to curb the terrorism of settler militias, put an end to their continued impunity, and protect the Palestinians from the encroachment of the Zionist enemy.
