European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell called on Saturday not to remain silent about Israeli genocide crimes, accusing the Zionist enemy government of imposing the largest blackout campaign on press freedom for what is happening in Gaza.

Borrell said in press statements "We have not seen many pictures of what "Hamas members" committed on October 7, but we see many pictures of the suffering of the children of Gaza."

He added "The repercussions of the conflict and genocide in the Middle East affect the entire world and put humanity in a predicament, and we must not remain silent about the Israeli genocide and crimes."

Borrell continued "The threat to stop humanitarian aid to Gaza will lead to greater risks, and there is nothing left in Gaza and people have been left to face the risk of death."

He added "We must confront the facts of the Israeli occupation and abide by the international resolutions issued in this regard."

Borrell explained that "the decision of the International Criminal Court against Netanyahu and Galant is not political and the countries of the Union must implement it because it is binding, indicating that sanctions must be imposed on extremist settlers."

Borrell said "Western countries must deal with Netanyahu as they deal with Putin, and double standards are unacceptable."

The EU commissioner added "We must raise our voices against the ongoing Israeli violations, and criticizing the Israeli government's policy does not mean anti-Semitism."
