The Israeli occupier early on Saturday launched four airstrikes targeting the Upper Basta downtown the Lebanese capital, as the health ministry said four civilians were killed and 23 others wounded in the assault.
The airstrikes bombed heavily populated quarters and left mass destruction to the area, where five residential buildings were totally damaged, according to Lebanese media.
