Head of the authority Dr. Mohammed Jahaf explained that this achievement comes within the free national project, which is one of the most prominent fruits of the September 21 revolution by providing free health services to all citizens to achieve social justice and enhance the national health system.
Jahaf attributed this success to the combined efforts of the medical and health staff and all employees of the Authority to provide the service efficiently despite the difficulties it faced due to the lack of capabilities and the great pressures from citizens benefiting from the hospital's services.
He pointed out that relying on a mechanism to organize the process of obtaining services and the automated system in all departments, including medical supplies, surgical operations and case scheduling, contributed to enhancing the Authority's efforts and success and increasing the number of beneficiary cases.
Dr. Jahaf stressed the keenness to meet quality standards in planning, implementation, follow-up and evaluation and provide modern devices from general surgery endoscopes and CR devices, adding a new X-ray device, as well as contracting with senior consultants.
He pointed out that the Authority worked on automating outpatient clinics and organizing the admission process automatically via visual screens, in addition to creating a special department for patient affairs that follows up on the patient from the moment he enters until he leaves the hospital.
The Chairman of the Authority appreciated the support of the Chairman of the Supreme Political Council for the hospital, which ensures the continuity and improvement of medical and therapeutic services provided to patients, and the improvement of the level of performance, stressing that the Authority has succeeded in providing free services to patients with the combined efforts of medical, technical, nursing and administrative cadres and their sense of responsibility in serving patients.
