A tribal mediation succeeded in ending a murder case between the families of Al Saleh Ali and Al Hajj, which lasted for four years.
During the reconciliation, led by the provincial governor, Adel Qarmoush, Sheikh Ahmed Saleh Al-Hattam and a number of sheikhs and elders, the murder of Hazim Saif Al-Hajj Al-Hattam was resolved and the perpetrator, Ali Mohammed Mohammed Al-Hattam, was pardoned.
Provincial Deputy Adel Qarmoush emphasized that resolving this case and other cases of revenge comes in response to the call of the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to heal the rift and promote the values of tolerance, forgiveness and reconciliation in order to preserve the internal front.
He praised the blood relatives' pardon of the perpetrator, pointing out that the issues of tribal reconciliation, resolving inter-tribal disputes and pardon are among the values and generosity of the authentic Yemeni tribe, stressing that forgiveness, tolerance and transcending wounds strengthen the unity of the internal front and alignment to defend Yemen, its security and stability.
For his part, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Hattam praised the position of the blood relatives in the pardon, which embodies the values and customs of the authentic Yemeni tribe, urging tribesmen to promote reconciliation efforts, end disputes, address conflicts and prioritize the supreme national interest.
