Sana'a - Saba:
The leadership and cadres of the 26th September Hospital Authority - Matna in Sana'a province on Wednesday organized a stand to denounce the continuation and persistence of the Zionist enemy in its massacres and crimes of genocide in Palestine and Lebanon, the latest of which was the siege of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.
The participants in the stand denounced the continued targeting of Gaza hospitals by the usurping entity, holding the leaders of the Zionist occupation, America and Western countries fully responsible for these heinous massacres and other crimes of genocide practiced by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples.
The participants in the stand, in which the head of the authority, Dr. Abdul Nasser Al-Dhari, participated, expressed their rejection of the horrific crimes against the Palestinians and Lebanese, which constitute crimes against humanity.
They pointed out that since the beginning of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, the Zionist occupation army has been targeting the health system in a planned and deliberate manner, by destroying and burning hospitals and medical centers and putting them out of service, and targeting doctors, nurses and health cadres in hospitals.
The participants explained that more than a thousand doctors, nurses and health cadres were killed, and more than 310 of them were arrested and subjected to torture and execution in prisons, in addition to preventing the entry of medical supplies, health delegations and hundreds of surgeons into the Strip.
They stressed that these massacres represent crimes of genocide and an ethnic cleansing war targeting the Palestinian people and are added to the black record of the occupation that continues to target all aspects of life in the Strip, most notably and most dangerously, hospitals.
A statement issued by the vigil condemned the crimes of the Zionist occupation and its targeting of the health system and medical staff and preventing the entry of treatments, medicines and medical supplies.
The statement condemned the assassination attempt on the Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, calling on the international community and all international, UN and humanitarian organizations to condemn this cowardly crime that demonstrates the brutality of the occupation and its departure from the concepts of respecting humanity and its duties.
The statement held the leaders of the Zionist occupation, the US administration and all countries participating in the war of genocide fully legally, morally and historically responsible for these systematic crimes committed by the occupation with their support and participation.
It pointed out that the continuation of the criminal siege on the health sector requires immediate action from all international, health and humanitarian organizations, stressing that the silence of the international community is a partnership in these heinous crimes.
