A training course in administrative and marketing skills to enhance the capabilities of managers organized by the Kamaran Training Center in cooperation with the Training Department of Kamaran Company for Industry and Investment and funded by the Skills Development Fund concluded in Sana'a today.
The four-day course, with the participation of 20 trainees from branch managers, sales and marketing managers, and heads of sales departments of the company, included theoretical lectures and practical applications on marketing strategy in a competitive environment, how to design a marketing plan professionally, design sales targets intelligently, as well as divide target markets.
In conclusion, the Director of Commercial Affairs at Kamaran Company for Industry and Investment, Abdullah Mahdi, stressed the importance of these training programs in enhancing the participant's ability to complete successful marketing plans and keep pace with modern trends in marketing and sales.
