Amsterdam - Saba:
The Supreme Court of the Netherlands, the highest court in the country, has recommended upholding the ruling of the Court of Appeal in The Hague to halt the export of F-35 components to the Zionist entity.
In its ruling on Friday, the court affirmed that the Dutch Court of Appeal was right to conclude that there is a clear risk that the Zionist F-35s will be used to commit serious violations of international humanitarian law in Gaza Strip.
Last December, Dutch human rights organizations accused the Dutch government of contributing to violations of international law in Gaza Strip, in a lawsuit filed against the government, referring to its supply of spare parts for F-35 fighter jets to the Zionist entity.
