The Higher Authority for Medicines and Medical Supplies organized a speech and honoring event for the families of the Authority's martyrs on the occasion of the martyr's anniversary 1446 AH.
At the event, Dr. Ali Abbas, President of the Authority, referred to the greatness of martyrdom, the status of martyrs , their giving, and what God writes for his vulnerable servants in their jihad, patience and sacrifices.
He pointed out that martyrdom is a choice of God Almighty and the martyrs carried on their shoulders a message, a project, principles and values in rejecting tutelage, defeating aggressors and establishing the pillars of security and stability.
Dr. Abbas spoke about drawing lessons from the sacrifices of the martyrs by following their path in defense of the homeland, its sovereignty and independence. He stressed the importance of promoting the culture of jihad and martyrdom because of its impact in confronting the forces of global oppression and thwarting the plans of enemies.
The event, which was attended by the Vice President of the Supreme Pharmaceutical Authority, Dr. Muhammad Al-Nuami, the leaders and cadres of the Authority, included a poem by poet Muhammad Al-Jashimi, excerpts from the speeches of the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, the wills of a number of martyrs, and honoring the martyrs' families from the Authority's employees.
