Human Rights Watch: 70,000 Palestinians trapped in northern Gaza starved
[02/ December/2024]
Gaza - Saba :
A human rights observatory revealed today, Monday, that 70,000 Palestinian citizens besieged in the northern Gaza Strip governorate are subjected to starvation and eradication in the largest genocidal campaign in the modern era.

According to the Palestine Today Agency, the Euro-Mediterranean Observatory for Human Rights confirmed in a press release that the Zionist enemy army is committing the most heinous crimes against civilians in the Strip, as it is working to completely erase the Jabalia camp by blowing up houses using robots and barrel bombs.

The Observatory said:" The people of northern Gaza have been trapped for two months without food or medicine, while the occupation forces continue to chase them from place to place to kill them and forcibly displace them."

The Observatory confirmed in its statement that it has documented dozens of cases in which drones targeted civilians who were forced to leave their houses or shelters in search of food or water.

It stressed that the international disregard for what is happening in northern Gaza is an indelible stain on the forehead of the international community, which continues to exclude Palestinians from the protection of international law and its implementation mechanisms due to political biases and international pressure.
