"This night was turbulent in Oryol region. As a result of the large-scale drone attack, a fire broke out at an infrastructure facility, and the debris from the drones damaged the windows of some private homes," Sputnik quoted Klychkov as saying via his Telegram channel.
He added that emergency services were dispatched to the scene and took the necessary measures to deal with the consequences of the attack, stressing that no casualties were recorded.
