Discussing ways to activate Saba Agricultural Cooperative Society in Harib Al-Qaramish District in Marib

Marib - Saba:

A meeting chaired by Daris Al-Mouawadi, the Undersecretary of Marib Governorate for Development Affairs, discussed the procedures and steps to activate the Saba Cooperative Society for implementing social and economic activities at the directorate level.

The meeting, which included directors of the agriculture sector Faris Al-Qanasi and agricultural services Mubarak Al-Zaidi and Harib Al-Qaramish Directorate Sadiq Hissan, and the president and members of the association, discussed the procedures for correcting the status of the association, completing the organizational construction, and making an inventory of solid agricultural lands and large farmers.

In the meeting, Undersecretary Al-Moawadi referred to the role of cooperative societies in the next stage and the goals to be achieved through the societies according to the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership.

He stressed the importance of preparing a database of implemented community initiatives and ongoing initiatives in coordination with the relevant authorities to intervene and assign their implementation in translation of the leadership's directives.

In turn, the director of the directorate stressed the support and assistance of the local authority for the association to play its hoped-for role in serving farmers and implementing agricultural projects and community initiatives in partnership with the local community.
