Sana'a - Saba:
A meeting chaired by Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Mohammed al-Mahdi, was held on Saturday in the capital Sana'a to discuss the preparation of the Ministry's plan for the upcoming year, 2025.
The meeting focused on aligning the sector's objectives with the Republican Decree, which outlines the tasks and responsibilities of the Ministry.
Attended by key officials, including Deputy Minister Eng. Ali al-Makni and Undersecretary Taha Zabarah, the discussions centered on keeping pace with the rapid developments in Yemen's communications sector.
Minister al-Mahdi emphasized the importance of expanding communication services, enhancing infrastructure, and ensuring security to better serve both individuals and businesses.
The meeting also included representatives from various telecommunications institutions, companies, and agencies such as the Yemeni Center for remote sensing, the general postal authority, and Yemen track company.
The goal is to strengthen the sector in line with the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council.
