The Supreme National Anti-Corruption Commission, in its meeting today, chaired by Vice Chairman Redan Al-Mutawakel, approved the performance report for the first quarter of the year 1446 AH after considering the observations made during the meeting.
In its meeting, the Commission referred two defendants in a corruption case to the Public Funds Prosecution specialized in corruption cases to complete the procedures for initiating and filing criminal cases against them before the Public Funds and Anti-Corruption Court.
The facts of corruption in that case were the seizure and facilitation of the seizure of public money, with a damage of 80 million riyals.
The Commission discussed several topics on its agenda and took the necessary decisions thereon.
