Japanese stock indices rose in morning trading session at the Tokyo Stock Exchange today, Tuesday.
Japanese media reported that the Nikkei 225-share index rose 62.57 points, or 0.16 percent, to reach 39,520.06 points.
The broader Topix index added 0.40 points, or less than 0.1 percent, to reach 2,738.73 points.
