A meeting held on Tuesday in the capital Sana'a, led by Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khaled al-Hawali, and Chairman of the General Authority of Zakat Shamsan Abu Nishtan, focused on improving administrative performance and enhancing services at the Zakat Authority.
Discussions centered around strengthening training programs, refining organizational performance, and improving service delivery to citizens.
Dr. al-Hawali praised the Authority's contributions to social solidarity and highlighted its success as one of the leading experiences in the Islamic world.
The Zakat Authority is also working on developing electronic systems and service guides to further improve its operations.
