The Public Prosecution in Saada Governorate announced today the release of 46 prisoners from pretrial detention, during an inspection visit by Chief Prosecutor Judge Ibrahim Jahez, accompanied by Criminal Prosecutor Judge Ali Abu Talib, and Saada and Sahar Primary Prosecutor Judge Muntadhar Al-Munawwar.
The visit aimed to review the conditions of prisoners, in implementation of the directives of the Attorney General within the Public Prosecution's plan to follow up on prisoners' cases. Prisoners who had completed three-quarters of their sentences and whose cases did not pose a danger to society were released.
The Chief Prosecutor called on released prisoners to benefit from this pardon and integrate into society as good citizens, stressing the prosecution's commitment to the speedy completion of cases, the protection of society, and the achievement of justice.
