Ibb (Saba) - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research for the Secondary Education Sector, Dr. Zaid Al-Hadour, today opened the large classroom, the computer lab, and the Al-Zahraa Center for Pastries at the Vocational Institute in Dar Al-Sharaf in the center of the governorate.
