Sana'a - Saba:

The Parliament has issued a strong condemnation of the Israeli airstrikes targeting civilian infrastructure in the country.

These recent Israeli attacks included air raids on several vital facilities, such as Hezyaz power station in southern capital Sana'a, Dhahban power station in northern capital Sana'a, the port of Hodeida, and Ras Issa oil facility.

The attacks resulted in casualties, including martyrs and injuries among the workers at Ras Issa facility.

The parliament described these actions as violations of Yemen's sovereignty and breaches of international law, particularly condemning the targeting of civilian objects as war crimes.

The parliament issued a statement that emphasized such strikes harm the livelihoods of the Yemeni people and exacerbate their suffering.

Furthermore, the parliament's statement reaffirmed Yemen's commitment to supporting the Palestinian people in their struggle, underlining that these Israeli actions will not deter Yemen's stance.

It called on regional, Arab, and international parliaments, as well as the global community, to condemn the targeting of Yemen's infrastructure and to stand in unity against Israeli actions in the region.

The statement also urged swift international action to end the siege and aggression on Gaza and halt Israeli actions against the people of Palestine.
