The qualification course for leaders of development associations in Manakhah district of Sana'a province concluded on Saturday aimed at enhancing the capabilities of 42 participants from various areas in the district.
Organized by the Social Affairs and Labor Office in partnership with the Western Sector Multipurpose Agricultural Cooperative Association, the course was funded by the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit.
Over ten days, participants gained skills in management, planning, guidance, evaluation, and financial systems.
At the conclusion, district director Munir al-Kebsi emphasized the importance of improving cooperative work and creating investment projects for self-sufficiency.
Mohammed Nejad, from the Social Affairs Office, stressed the need for building strong leadership in development associations, especially in the agricultural sector, to ensure self-sufficiency.
The Participants expressed appreciation for the support from local authorities in developing leadership skills to advance community development and the agricultural revolution.
