Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khalid Al Hawali and Governor of Amran Dr. Faisal Jumaan inaugurated on Saturday the activities of the administrative training program in the field of developing services and simplifying procedures for employees of administrative units in the province.
The program, implemented in two weeks by the Ministry of Civil Service , Administrative Development and the local authority in the province in coordination with the National Institute for Administrative Sciences, aims to provide 60 trainees from administrative units with skills and knowledge in the guide on developing job performance, developing the management system and addressing imbalances.
Minister Al-Hawali stressed that Amran is the third province after Dhamar and Sana'a to implement this guide, expressing his hope that the participants will benefit from the program's themes to transfer their experiences to their colleagues in government offices and institutions.
He pointed out the keenness of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development and its office in the province to prepare qualified cadres to improve the administrative aspect and develop institutional performance in public service units.
Amran governor pointed out the importance of the program to develop job performance in various administrative units that need to be reviewed, diagnose the current reality and diagnose procedures.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service Abdullah Haidar and Director of the Service Office in the province Ahmed Al-Wadi explained that the program includes training on how to develop and provide the service, its type and the size of what each unit provides, as well as training participants on the work mechanism to simplify procedures in their institutions.
Haidar and Al-Wadi pointed out that the procedural manual project is one of the most important pillars in the reform of the integrated administrative work system, which is based on a new vision in managing institutions, improving work, upgrading performance and providing services in an easy way for the citizen.
