South Korea on Sunday successfully placed its third intelligence satellite at orbit, after the moon was launched from US space center, the S Korean defense ministry said, in order to boost its future capacities in observing North Korea.
'Falcon 9' rocket normally launched along with the satellite from Vandenberg Base in California as was planned, the ministry added.
