Meeting in seventh military region to raise readiness, discuss military & security arrangements to confront any aggression

Bayda - Saba:

An expanded meeting in Al-Bayda Governorate, chaired by the Commander of the Seventh Military Region, Major General Nasser Al-Muhammadi, discussed military and security arrangements to confront any movements that threaten security and stability in the governorate, in addition to reviewing the urgent development and service needs.

The meeting was attended by Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Security and Intelligence Sector Major General Ali Hussein Al-Houthi, and several military and security leaders and social figures. Emphasis was placed on strengthening coordination between security agencies and concerned authorities to consolidate security and public tranquility.

Major General Al-Mohammadi stressed the importance of high readiness to confront any hostile plans, stressing the need for collective coordination to improve the level of development and service performance to meet the needs of citizens. He praised the general mobilization efforts and initiatives to enroll in military courses to counter any escalation.

For his part, the Governor of Al-Bayda reviewed the progress made in development projects and popular mobilization, while stressing the role of community initiatives in supporting stability. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior called for strengthening joint work between the security agencies to prevent any attempts to destabilize internal security.


The Ministry of Defense's general mobilization official pointed to the continuation of training and rehabilitation activities to support readiness, stressing Yemen's position in support of Gaza and efforts to confront plans that target national security.
