Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali al-Yafei, met with head of the people of the Coast Forum for Heritage, Culture and Development, Executive Director of the Coastal Heritage and Popular Festival (Bin Ghazel) Dr. Abdulaziz Qashra.
During the meeting, the program and activities of the festival "The Day of the Religious Shrine of Wali Ibn Abbas" were reviewed, which will be held on the 11th of Rajab of each year in al-Munirah district of Hodeida province.
The Minister of Culture and Tourism stressed the ministry's interest in promoting and developing cultural work in the country, pointing to the importance of the awareness front in winning the battle with aggression, and its role in confronting the soft war.
The head of the forum reviewed the festival’s objectives in jihadist mobilization, rallying and supporting the Palestinian cause, as well as preserving religious shrines and introducing generations to our religious heritage and coastal heritage, pointing to the festival’s role in raising awareness of the role of community work, community initiatives and volunteer work.
