Tomorrow is event marking ninth anniversary of bombing of Al-Noor Center for Blind

Al-Noor Center for the Blind in Sana'a City commemorates tomorrow the ninth anniversary of the crime of US, Saudi, and Emirati aggression by bombing the center with a rhetorical event and a vigil.

The director of the center, Hassan Ismail, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the purpose of the event and demonstration is to remind the international community of the heinous crime committed by the aggression coalition on the night of January 5, 2016, when they bombed the center with multiple airstrikes.

He highlighted that the bombing of the center by aggressive aircraft, which occurred while over 100 blind children were inside, constitutes a war crime and is a disgrace for the aggressors. He emphasized that the crimes committed against civilians and civilian structures in Yemen will never be subject to the statute of limitations, and those responsible must be prosecuted and punished.
