Sana'a - Saba:
The Supreme Political Council has expressed its gratitude and appreciation to Yemen's security services for successfully uncovering hostile activities linked to British Intelligence (MI6) and Saudi Intelligence.
In a statement released on Monday, the Council commended the security forces' vigilance in thwarting these operations and apprehending individuals connected to a British spy network.
The Council emphasized that those involved in espionage will face severe punishment under Yemeni law. It also acknowledged the vital role of citizens in supporting security efforts, highlighting their awareness and cooperation in preventing external threats aimed at undermining Yemen's sovereignty and stability.
The statement further warned the countries whose intelligence agencies were implicated in recruiting spy cells to destabilize Yemen or work with Israel, urging them to bear responsibility for the consequences of their actions.
