The Russian Defense Ministry announced today, Wednesday, that it shot down 32 Ukrainian drones launched by Kiev forces last night on the southwestern border areas of the country.
The Russian Defense Ministry statement read: "Our defenses shot down 11 drones in Saratov Province, four in Kursk Province, four in Rostov Province, three in Bryansk Province, three over Belgorod, two in Krasnodar Territory, one in Volgograd Province, and four in the Sea of Azov."
Kiev forces continue to target the border areas in southwestern Russia with drones and missiles on an almost daily basis, which confirms, according to what President Vladimir Putin announced, the necessity of expanding the scope of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, and removing Kiev forces from Russian regions, including new ones, within the range of missiles in the possession of the Ukrainian regime.
