Sana'a (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Jamal Amer met today with the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, at the end of his visit to Sana'a.
In the meeting, the results of the consultations conducted by the UN envoy during his visit to Sana'a were evaluated, and it was emphasized that the roadmap announced by the UN envoy on December 23, 2023 is the right path for peace in Yemen, and represents a foundation on which to build for a just and equitable peace for the Yemeni people.
The Foreign Minister reiterated the Government of Change and Construction's rejection of linking the peace process to any other regional file.. Stressing that Sana'a's strategic option is peace, and its readiness to sign the roadmap today with Saudi Arabia as the main party in the war if intentions are good.
