The Teacher and Education Support Fund announced on Thursday that it will begin disbursing transportation allowances for teachers starting next Sunday for the months of Rabi' al-Thani and Jumada al-Ula.
The disbursement, set to last 15 days, will allocate a total of 10.67 billion Yemeni riyals to 176,668 teachers, including 60,201 volunteers.
The allowance will be provided to both permanent teachers and volunteers whose data has been processed.
Executive Director General of the Fund Hussein Amer Jabal expressed gratitude for the support from the revolutionary and political leadership, highlighting their contribution to the Teacher Fund.
